The texture analyser, TA.XT plusC  can measure and quantify the physical and textural properties of materials. With an extended height of 590mm, it has a large testing aperture and can test different samples. It can measure up to 30 kg in force and has a resolution of 0.1 g with a speed of 0.01-40 mm/s. It can perform a wide range of tests in both compression and tension, such as hardness, fracturability, adhesiveness, gel strength, extensibility, etc., using various probes and fixtures depending on the application.
